1. General Terms and Conditions

7rrr is an online gaming platform that provides slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and other gaming entertainment for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 7rrr platform and all its services.

1.1 Formation of Agreement

When you create an account on 7rrr or begin using our platform, you enter into a binding agreement with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. All these documents together form the complete legal agreement between you and 7rrr.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

2.2 Accuracy of Information

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 One Account Policy

Creating multiple accounts from the same individual, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

To access gaming features on 7rrr, you must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement.

3.1 Verification Process

7rrr reserves the right to verify your identity and age at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving licence
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket)

3.2 Verification Failure

Withdrawal processing may be suspended until verification is completed. If a user is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be cancelled and any deposited funds will be returned.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Payment methods currently accepted at 7rrr are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposited amounts are credited directly to your gaming wallet.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request.

4.3 Payment Verification

Withdrawals will only be approved to the same payment method used for the deposit. Transferring funds to third-party accounts is prohibited.

4.4 Fees and Taxes

7rrr does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may charge their own fees, for which 7rrr is not responsible. The user is solely responsible for any applicable taxes under local tax law.

4.5 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails for any reason, the deposited amount will generally be returned automatically. If the funds are not returned within 48 hours, please contact our support team.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) applies to bonuses. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳10,000 before making a withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A promotion cannot be used more than once.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts.
• 7rrr reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If there is evidence of misuse of bonus benefits, the account may be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program

The 7rrr VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 1.5% cashback per week

Tiers are advanced through regular gaming activity. Wagering requirements may also apply to VIP cashback.

6. Betting Rules and Regulations

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on 7rrr are managed in a fair and transparent manner. It is the mandatory responsibility of every user to follow the fair play policy.

6.2 Cricket Betting

The following rules apply for placing bets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC, and other international cricket tournaments:

• If a bet is cancelled for any reason after the match has started, the stake will be returned.
• If a match is abandoned due to rain or any other reason, the decision of 7rrr shall be final.
• In the case of live betting, odds may change before a bet is confirmed.

6.3 Validity of Game Results

The results of all games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). If a game result is declared void due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be returned.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

7rrr reserves the right to impose a limit on the maximum winnings from a single bet in specific games and circumstances. The relevant user will be notified if this limit applies.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7rrr platform:

7.1 Fraud and Deception

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using stolen or illegal payment information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

7.2 Technical Misuse

• Playing games with the help of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Attempting hacking or cyber attacks.
• Attempting to bypass restrictions using a VPN or proxy server.

7.3 Collusion and Match Fixing

Conspiring with other players to manipulate games or participating in match fixing is a criminal offence and is completely prohibited on 7rrr.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by 7rrr

7rrr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Evidence of providing false information or fraud.
• Failure of age verification.
• Suspicion of illegal activity.
• Payment chargeback or refund claim.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You can request to close your account at any time through our support team. Make sure to withdraw any available balance before closing the account.

8.3 Self-Restrictions

11. Dispute Resolution
